Optimize workflows

Matrix improves vital business workflows through intelligent message processing.  All incoming and outgoing messages as well as data files such as word documents, PDF and spreadsheets are automatically filed into a sophisticated structure of shared centralized folders against your own pre-defined set of business rules. 

The auto-filing folders are directly accessible from the sidebar.  All individual users and workgroups (with permitted access) see the same folder structure.  This allows for greater workflow collaboration. 

Sophisticated rules can also be created to maintain views of un-read messages, allowing Broker Managers to see if an email has been picked up and if someone is actively working on it – or not.
