Matrix is designed to send, receive, search and store high volumes of email, fax, telex and instant message ‘chats’ - all from the single fully configurable desktop environment.
The backbone of Matrix is the data contained in the address book. Seamless software integration allows an easy switch between address book, messaging and vessel information, with simple mouse or keyboard operation: enabling you to find out owners’ details, related vessels data from Lloyds List and your own proprietary shipping data as well as searching all previous emails, faxes, instant messages and telexes associated with it.
Matrix is integrated with mobile devices such as Blackberries and Windows Mobile to ensure that communication continues 24x7, whether you’re at work, home or travelling.
Matrix can handle basic contact lists through to complex multi-national business structures and has a comprehensive search facility. CRM functionality and direct links to the Matrix calendar allow events and scheduled tasks to be proactively flagged and actioned.
